Returns Policy – Panell Studio
At Panell Studio, we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your product to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following items:

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
Right of Withdrawal (European Union – 14 Days)
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any reason.
The product must meet the same conditions outlined above: unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If the refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
